She will make phone calls, go the extra mile, track down anything you need, and represent you to the best of her ability. She even followed up on two last-minute challenges from my buyers' lender, which, in my mind, should have been handled by their realtor. She held the sale from opening of escrow to closing, seeing it safely completed.

Kathi was great throughout this while experience. We were moving from out of state and we made one trip to Pahrump in October to get a feel for what our budget could buy us and we ran Kathi through a whirlwind tour of 12 hours in a day.
