Mona Lisa is the type of agent who is there when you need her and makes time for each client as an individual while making her clients needs the top priority. excellent follow thru on all properties reviewed and an excellent understanding of the real estate process concerning what Banks and buyers and seller want.
There was no follow up after sale was completed to see if there were any any issues or questions, which after having purchased several homes in the past seemed unusual.
But I've given a four and a half star rating which shows I'm a happy camper.
