Mona Lisa was always there to help us on every step we had to take to find, negotiate and finalize the purchase of our new home which we are enjoying immensely. She even helped us navigate through the minefield of obtaining a mortgage and closing the deal as quickly as possible. However, because of the rush to get the deal closed on time, we neglected to have Mona Lisa review the final closing documents before they were properly reviewed and I think that maybe we paid for more things in escrow than we should have.
