I'm a 30+ year Real Estate professional practicing in San Diego and Salt Lake City, so I've worked with a lot of mediocre, average and a few star Realtors. So, when I was appointed Trustee overseeing the sale of my father's house in Pahrump, I knew my choices would be slim pickings. We hired one Realtor, then when the listing expired, another. Neither a great result, but my Dad's brother decided to buy the house. Knowing we'd get it back someday I dreaded the future and Realtor choices. Well my Uncle died suddenly and once again I needed to list and sell the house (a very difficult property at a tough time). I networked around and was given the name of Andrea Finkler, interviewed her, was impressed with her intelligence and personality and signed a listing agreement. Through the course of events Andrea called inspectors and financial institutions on their faulty reports and "add on" practices and although the property fell out of contract twice, Andrea was as motivated and responsive as in the beginning. Additionally, when work needed to be done on the property, she facilitated the bid process and met with contractors so that I could get competitive bids and make informed decisions. She went above and beyond the requirements of our agreement and, in fact, owned the process, relieving me of much turmoil. Bottom line, Andrea is an exceptional Realtor and would do well in any size market. So down to earth, friendly and honest, a rare superstar!
