I'm a 30+ year Real Estate professional practicing in San Diego and Salt Lake City, so I've worked with a lot of mediocre, average and a few star Realtors. So, when I was appointed Trustee overseeing the sale of my father's house in Pahrump, I knew my choices would be slim pickings. We hired one Realtor, then when the listing expired, another. Additionally, when work needed to be done on the property, she facilitated the bid process and met with contractors so that I could get competitive bids and make informed decisions. She went above and beyond the requirements of our agreement and, in fact, owned the process, relieving me of much turmoil. Bottom line, Andrea is an exceptional Realtor and would do well in any size market. So down to earth, friendly and honest, a rare superstar!
