Kathi was great throughout this while experience. We were moving from out of state and we made one trip to Pahrump in October to get a feel for what our budget could buy us and we ran Kathi through a whirlwind tour of 12 hours in a day. She then kept in great contact throughout the next couple of months as we put our house on the market and waited for a buyet so that we could relocate. Once we were ready, she was ready and waiting first thing that upcoming Saturday morning to show us everything that met our criteria currently on the market. We found the house of our dreams that day and Kathi was exceptional through the whole process of making the offer, setting up escrow and insurance policies, negotiating the inspections, and relocating in the middle of a pandemic. She has also been amazingly helpful recommending local businesses.
