We listed 3 vacant lots with Amanda. She had a great knowledge of the area & gave me a breakdown of what they should be listed at as well as strategies on how to get a quicker sale. Also existed us in what was needed to be done since the lots were in a family trust. The first lot sold in two weeks & we have 2 left. Closing & escrow went smoothly. She was also easy to reach as she gave me her business & personal number.

excellent follow thru on all properties reviewed and an excellent understanding of the real estate process concerning what Banks and buyers and seller want.
There was no follow up after sale was completed to see if there were any any issues or questions, which after having purchased several homes in the past seemed unusual.
But I've given a four and a half star rating which shows I'm a happy camper.
