Walk in customers and phone calls go directly to the floor time agent on duty.  Leads are dispersed on a rolling roster and tracked through our CRM.

Floor time duty is voluntary; however there are protocols that the agent must follow.  The amount of floor time is determined by availability.

Lisa Bond, principal Broker, takes a personal interest in all personnel and provides Broker support by training and one on one instruction. In addition LBRE encourages a supportive and non competitive atmosphere allowing staff and agents to help and support their fellow colleagues.

LBRE provides Agent Training on a weekly basis called Power Hour, providing information on Contracts, Marketing, Social Media, Business Building/Standards, Title/Escrow, Lending and other business related material.  Our staff meetings are twice a month to update Agents on Legislative and Contract changes, office updates, Events, New Listings and are coupled with Engaging Guest Speakers.

Yes LBRE has a comprehensive Policies and Procedures manual that all agents are expected to adhere to.

LBRE offers Generous Commission splits that range from 70%-90% based upon experience with opportunity for commission advancement up to 90%.

A raise in commission is at the discretion of the Broker based upon but not limited to the agent’s ability to write and understand each contract type, ability to conduct business in a professional manor, manage files as required by the State of Nevada and LBRE regulations, agents ability to engage with the clients and customers of LBRE and their conduct with other agents in and outside of the office.

Commissions are paid upon an approved completed file and funds availability, usually within 24 – 48 hrs.

Agents pay a flat fee each month for access to our Secured Network, VPN, Encrypted Company Email, desk phone with call forwarding and company yard signs. LBRE additionally covers expenses for agents that work in the office; such as printer use, ink and paper. For a minimal fee, LBRE agents have access to our In-house Imaging Specialist who provides Drone Aerial Photography and 3-D Virtual Tours.

Yes LBRE requires all agents to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement outlining the contractual agreement between LBRE and the Agent.
