I was born and raised in Las Vegas and made the “Jump to Pahrump” 17 years ago. I have a true passion for the community that my family and I call home and truly believe it is a great choice for those wanting to raise a family, retire, or just relax and simplify daily living. You can leave the city and still have the bright lights and activities less than an hour away! I specialize in Land and, whether it is for an investment or to build your Pahrump Dream Home, I can answer many of your questions and help you navigate through the more than 1,000 parcels that are on the Market and find the best options for You and Your Pahrump Plans!
As your real estate agent, I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, I will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever needed. When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband Ron and our family. We enjoy camping, off roading and spending time with our fur babies. It would be a pleasure and an honor to work for you.
When I Moved to Pahrump 5 years ago, I fell in love with the community. For the last 2 years I have had the pleasure of being with the amazing team at LBRE/Lisa Bond Real Estate. LBRE is a great place to work. I enjoy finding the right house for my clients looking to buy a home here. If they are wanting to sell their home, I work hard to find the right buyer for all my house listings. I take pride in providing excellent customer service to ensure the satisfaction and happiness of each and every client. I put them first every step of the way, whether it be answering questions, showing a potential home or recommending a local business. I’m never too busy to help someone out. I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge of my community and I’m proud to be part of that special moment when a new community member is added. It’s truly an honor listing, showing, and selling every home.

My family moved to Southern Nevada when I was 6 years old. I attended the Historical two-room Goodsprings Elementary School that educated grades one through six. There were only two teachers, one who served as acting principal. For those Nevada history enthusiasts, Goodsprings Elementary School is one of the oldest schools in Nevada and they are working towards making it a state historical monument. I relocated several times, but just couldn’t get the country out of the girl and ended up here in Pahrump in 2004. After working for the Clark County School District for 25 years, I retired and followed my dream to become a Realtor here at Lisa Bond Real Estate. People are my passion and helping people is what I do. It is my goal to treat everyone with respect and be honest and forthright to represent my clients and their best interests in all transactions.
Serving the Southern Nevada Area since 6/2017, Taking pride in representing buyers and sellers during all aspects of Real Estate. I have had my Real Estate License for 25+ years. I started in So. California specializing in horse property.
I kept my license active even when I went back to work in Aerospace doing financial reporting.
I always had friends or family that needed help with a transaction.
I renewed my license here in Pahrump, Nv after I retired from Aerospace.
I have enjoyed helping folks discover Pahrump and what it has to offer over the last 5 years.
I don’t close as many as some realtors, I like to be sure my clients get all the attention they need – I help 4-7 clients a year.
I have been in Real Estate full time since 2001, I received my Broker designation in 2004 and my Property Management designation in 2009. I have serviced the Pahrump area since 2004. My husband and I opened LBRE/Lisa Bond Real Estate LLC, January 2015. Stop by anytime for a sit down and a cup of coffee. I genuinely love Real Estate and the relationships that develop. I love my job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I grew up surrounded by Real Estate. From the young age of 8 or 9 years old, I can remember hanging out with my mom at her office, meeting clients with her, and sometimes going and looking at houses with her. Over the years, I learned a little bit about Real Estate through watching and listening to my mom work. Now, I never thought that I would become a Real Estate Agent. In fact, I am pretty sure I swore that I would never get my license. We can see how well that worked out. In 2017, I was given the opportunity to work at a local Title and Escrow Company in Pahrump, NV, and for about a year, I was able to leap bounds with the knowledge that I gained. It helped me connect the dots. I started working at Lisa Bond Real Estate in May 2018, and got my Real Estate license in April 2019. I have been doing Real Estate since then, and I have never regretted it for one day.
As an Army Veteran, I learned the 7 Army Values; Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal courage, and I carried those core values into my Civilian life. I strive to provide exceptional customer service to all individuals that I interact with. I work hard to live these values every day, in every transaction.
