Hello everyone. My name is Cheryl Evans and I’m proud to be a realtor with the Lisa Bond Real
Estate office located in Pahrump, Nevada. My real estate profession actually began in
Bellingham, Washington back in the late 1970’s. My husband and I owned a “Red Carpet” real
estate franchise. After the birth of our son, I returned to where I was born in southern
California, and enjoyed a successful real estate career for over 20 years. I was fortunate to live
on a recreational lake and play golf.

Now my real estate experience brings me to Pahrump, Nevada. Instead of retiring and playing
more golf over the last two years, I’ve been concentrating on helping my son grow a company
called AmericanTech Homes. His focus as a real estate developer is to build brand new luxury
but affordable homes. Our new quality homes are perfect for first home buyers, retirees or
families just wanting to leave the big city life for a slower paced and more rural environment.
My goal, with the help of Lisa Bond’s support team, is to help buyers find their dream home in
Pahrump, Nevada.
